Scott has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He was previously the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Seven Energy, the leading integrated gas company in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to that, Scott was Eastern Hemisphere Vice-President, Production Division, at Weatherford International. He joined the oil and gas industry with Exxon Mobil in 1992 as a Petroleum Engineer and Asset Manager. Scott has worked in the North Sea, U.S.A., Canada, Australia, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Petro Mychalkiw is a PWC-qualified Chartered Accountant with listed company experience. He was previously Chief Financial Officer at Equus Petroleum plc, an oil & energy company, and has more than 25 years industry experience across the USA, Canada, North Sea, Central Asia and CIS.
Campbell Airlie
Chief Technology Officer
Campbell Airlie has more than 40 years industry experience. He was previously the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Seven Energy, the leading integrated gas company in Sub-Saharan Africa. He was a Co-Founder of Edinburgh Petroleum Services, which was acquired by Weatherford International. Campbell joined the oil and gas industry with Schlumberger in 1980, followed by BP as a Reservoir Engineer and Asset Manager. He has worked in the North Sea, U.S.A. Canada, Australia, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Hugo d’Apice
Corporate Development Director
Hugo d’Apice has more than 20 years of senior management experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on country entry, full-spectrum risk management and operations in complex environments. He has worked in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Europe. He previously served as an Officer in the British Army for seven years, graduating from RMA Sandhurst. He has an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Dave Kimery
Chief Executive Officer, Canada
Over 22 years of industry experience, with over 10 years of executive management experience, in both the E&P and oilfield service sectors with extensive experience in subsurface evaluation, reservoir engineering, and economic evaluation; strategic planning and forecasting; and implementation and optimization of field development strategy throughout the Americas, the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia. He has a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary. Most recently VP Engineering at HEAL Systems (a Schlumberger Joint Venture). Prior to that, VP Engineering at Verano Energy, COO of Seven Energy Canada, Chief Reservoir Engineer at Weatherford, and then various positions with Anderson Exploration, Tesco Corporation, and Gulf Canada Resources.
Kim Beloglowka
Kim has 38 years of diverse professional petroleum engineering and management experience in the E&P sector of Western Canada with extensive project management and business development skills, all backed by a core strength in production operations. He held various progressive engineering positions early in his career and later advanced to management roles leading upstream business development teams in major O&G companies, Husky Energy and Taqa North. Over the past decade, he has worked in the junior sector of the industry as the VP of Engineering & Operations for start-up companies, Red River Oil and Forge Oil. Kim has a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta.
